Tracy Hobbs is the founder and owner of Eleanor and Hobbs. She and her team opened their doors in Boulder County Colorado in the summer of 2013 and expanded their storefront to Rocky River, Ohio in February 2022. Together they have created a unique community where women come together to shop. laugh, and share their lives. Located in the heart of Rocky River, the ladies at Eleanor and Hobbs have been hard at work building a community of like minded women who appreciate style and fashion.
