Shipping & Online Return Policy
Merchandise purchased online will ship from our store within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If you do not receive your online order within one week of purchase, please reach out to the store for tracking or shipping information. UPS is our shipping provider of choice.
Full priced merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise will be credited back to the original form of payment. Merchandise must have original tags, be unworn, in the same condition as it was purchased, and accompanied by a receipt. If we receive merchandise that has been damaged or worn, we will not complete the return.

In-Store Return Policy
Merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for Store Credit Only. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Merchandise must have original tickets, be unworn, in the same condition as it was purchased, and have tags on to be exchanged.
We do not accept returns on jewelry or handbags.
All Sale Merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned.
We do not offer adjustments on previous sales.
We do our best to update the available merchandise on our website daily but please excuse us if we miss something. It is sometimes possible to purchase an item that is actually out of stock because it sold that day in the store. Please bear with us when this happens and we will do our best to either get you the item by other means or refund your purchase.
