POSITION: PART TIME SALES + OFFICE ASSOCIATE 

At Eleanor and Hobbs, we’re all about fashion, and we’re looking for women who share our passion and live and breathe style! As a Sales & Office Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience while also assisting with receiving inventory and new merchandise on a daily basis. Your role will help keep the store running smoothly and ensure that our customers are satisfied.

Role Overview:
You’ll be on the sales floor, assisting customers, building a personal book of business, and contributing to a welcoming and fashionable environment. Additionally, you’ll help ensure smooth inventory operations, including receiving and unpacking new merchandise daily via Heartland Retail. This includes verifying the correct count, tagging, and steaming items to keep our inventory fresh and ready for sale. Your dedication will ensure the store runs seamlessly, and our customers leave feeling satisfied and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to store success.
  • Customer Outreach: Must feel comfortable performing client outreach duties.
  • Point of Sale Proficiency: Perform all POS duties accurately and correctly.
  • Store Organization & Maintenance: Keep the store organized with routine tidying, and ensure merchandise is displayed immaculately.
  • Visual Merchandising & Display Management: Must be able to visually merchandise and re-merchandise the store with new arrivals, ensuring the sales floor remains clean, organized, and shoppable for customers at all times.
  • Daily Responsibilities: Complete opening and closing duties as outlined in store policies.
  • Receiving Merchandise from Start to Finish: Assist in the daily receipt of inventory via Heartland Retail, ensuring accuracy in counts and descriptions. Unpack, tag, and steam new merchandise to ensure it's display-ready.

 Qualifications:

  • Fashion Savvy: Demonstrate a keen sense of style and an understanding of current fashion trends.
  • Computer & Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and technology, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms.
  • Client Outreach: Skilled in reaching out to clients and building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
  • Flexible Hours: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Role Overview:
As a Stylist at Eleanor and Hobbs, you will work closely with clients to help them make the best style choices for their lifestyle and wardrobe. This role requires a self-motivated sales professional who excels at developing new client leads, building a personal client base, and nurturing relationships with repeat customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to store success.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and designers through independent research.
  • Stay updated on seasonal fashion trends and understand the fit and fabrication of all products.
  • Work independently and effectively in both busy and quieter retail environments.
  • Perform all POS duties proficiently.
  • Keep the store organized with routine tidying, and ensure merchandise is displayed immaculately.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as outlined in store policies.
  • Utilize open communication with all colleagues, and encourage constant team spirit. Keep the “drama” at the door step. We are all here to support each other!
